Today we pulled the permits to begin building our new home! Many thanks to Chris Valley and Denny Phan of the City of San Carlos for making the process work as smoothly as it did.
By the end of this week the construction site fencing should go up on the property. Demolition should take place next week. It may or may not involve some heavy equipment (the alternative is more manpower, if that ends up being feasible). I’ll post more details as I get them from our contractor, Rich Silvestri.
